Terms of Service
Effective October 13, 2026
Service
I Love That Photo (the Service) processes photographs you upload and delivers approved outputs at stable URLs. The Service is operated by Cofactor, LLC. The business address is 4301 S Flamingo Rd, Ste 106 PMB 610, Davie, FL 33330. These terms are effective October 13, 2026. The Service is in a beta period and may change. Beta workspaces are not billed.
Your content
You keep all rights to your photographs. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and deliver them as you direct. We never deliver originals and never use your content to train models.
Acceptable use
You must hold the rights to what you upload. See the Acceptable Use policy for prohibited content.
Availability
We aim for continuous delivery and publish incidents on the status page. Beta processing features may be paused for maintenance with notice in the app.
Subscription
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance for the period shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each product has its own Stripe account. Prices on the pricing page are illustrative while the Service is in beta.
Automatic renewal
A paid subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal is charged to the payment method on file at the price then in effect for that plan. We send a renewal reminder 7 days before renewal for monthly plans and 30 days before renewal for annual plans.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and we send a confirmation to the account email. You may cancel by writing to support@cofactor.consulting or through the contact page at /contact. During beta, workspaces are not billed.
Refunds
Refunds are described on the Refund and Cancellation page at /legal/refunds. You can cancel and request a refund at any time, and we refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a prorated basis through Stripe.
Export restriction
The account owner may export photographs, outputs, and the publication manifest while the account is active and during the grace period after cancellation. We do not export another customer’s content. After the grace period, content is deleted and cannot be exported. You may not use the Service where export-control or sanctions rules prohibit it.
Termination
You may cancel at any time and export your data during the grace period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after notice where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
